Alpine Fingerling Casserole

4 cups cooked cubed fingerling potatoes

1 cup plain yogurt

1 cup low-fat cottage cheese

1/4 cup chopped chives

1 tsp. salt

- dash garlic powder

 

In non-stick 9-inch square baking pan, combine all ingredients.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
