Hot Salsa Baked Potato

1 small onion

1/8 tsp. chili powder

1 clove garlic, minced

1 cup sour cream

1/3 cup hot chunky salsa

1 tsp. oregano

1 lb. lean ground beef or chicken

4 medium russet potatoes


In large skillet brown beef/chicken with onion and garlic. Drain. Stir in sour cream, salsa, oregano and chili powder. Serve over baked
